Experts in the tracking department will have complete knowledge of all shipments occurring. They will also periodically provide an update on the precise location of each shipment. The Employee Training Programme is divided into two sections.

• A) Induction Class: In this chapter, a new employee will visit all departments and heads and learn about the specific jobs and functions of each department. The main goal of this program is to provide employees with all the information they need to perform well on the job and address customer inquiries.
• B) Position and Accountabilities An overview of the performance requirements and job expectations is given to the employee for them to carry out their duties. We give an overview of the role's essential duties and how it fits into the larger organizational framework.
